Earn a $250 Gift Card with our Employee Referral Program. Any Norpro staff member who refers a candidate that is selected to fill a position as an industrial guard,and completes 30 days in the field will receive a gift card valued at $250.00.

The employee will be given the $250 gift card bonus once the referred candidate completes 30 days in the field and another $250 card bonus once the referred candidate completes one year in the field. The employee who makes the referral must still be employed with Norpro to receive the bonus.
