Jim Van Benthem is the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Lead at Norpro. His role within the organization is to ensure that the on-site services provided to clients not only meets their needs but exceeds those requirements as well. This is accomplished through structured training, on-the-job coaching, and well-defined procedures, among other things - all of which are constantly monitored and re-evaluated. Jim has many years of experience as a supervisor and multi-site manager in a highly procedural environment, which allows him to recognize areas for development and improvement. Jim is proud to be part of the Norpro team - from the front-line staff all the way up to the executive management - the support generated at all levels to the QA/QC process will continue to be a growing benefit to Norpro’s valuable clients!
